you have an injection, click on the patient to cure him, when you complete the objective the Button Called cure appear ,Click on it to Cure Every one and Win.

Well done! Sadly the game is veeery hard, which kind of takes the fun our of it. If you can, maybe get a (or more) playtester(s).

This is difficult!  It is a bit hard to see with the speech bubbles but I still like it!
